For me, CoResolve is not just a profound method for "conflict resolution and decision-making", but much more than that.
It is based, among other things, on quantum field theory and fascinates me through its multidimensionality.
From the outside, it appears rather simple in its formats and steps, yet what unfolds within the group processes truly blew me away last year when I experienced the method for the first time.
The results of the team training with Christiane Leiste were overwhelmingly positive.
The culture of dialogue improved almost immediately. The overall atmosphere became noticeably more positive. Conflicts were addressed in a way that made a true “new beginning” possible. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the method and Ms. Leiste—she achieved far more in a very short time than I had managed through years of arduous efforts using traditional approaches.
The Deep Democracy method is a wonderful tool for facilitating discussions and conversations— even in a corporate context.
What I especially appreciated was giving the “no” a voice. Christiane Leiste is a highly competent trainer who dares to explore new and unfamiliar paths with participants time and again—turning the seminar into a true experience.
With our Deep Democracy trainings, we have come a significant step closer to this goal.
Giving the minority a voice, consciously stepping into another perspective, and then finding a solution that is jointly supported this is what we trained and experienced, and are now putting into practice in our collaborative work.
The CoResolve method, based on the Deep Democracy paradigm, is ideally suited thanks to the underlying mindset and the way the process is structured.
Christiane Leiste is the consultant and trainer for this method in Germany. Thanks to her broad range of practical experience, the training is also truly enjoyable, as she is able to ensure a strong and meaningful connection to real-world practice.

Among the countless trainingsand workshops I‘ve had over 25 years, a few have left a fingerprint on my personal and professional journey.
On the top: TheLeadership Journey with Christiane and Andreas. This journeyhas been an incredible opportunity for self-discovery, allowingme to uncover profound inneraspects in a mindful, quiet, andhumanistic way. I became moreresilient, more accepting ofwhatever happens. I listen more– not only to others, but also tomyself. And I make sure thatlove and respect are the driversof everything I do. It has trulyshown me the essence of realleadership.
Through her support, we learned to lead with greater clarity and to shape our work more consciously.
Today, we dare to face conflicts openly instead of avoiding them. We understand tensions within the team as transformable, recognizing previously undiscovered potential within them. We have a clearer sense of what we want and what we can confidently let go of. Christiane accompanied us authentically, mindfully, and with great presence. She held everyone in view and helped us consciously move through the emotional highs and lows of the process—and grow through them.
A year later, it is hardly possible to pretend that nothing has changed.
Honestly, I was skeptical at first—four modules, three days each sounded like an emotional training marathon I wasn’t sure I was looking for. But a year later, it’s hardly possible to pretend that nothing has changed. The tools we initially handled like unfamiliar objects are now truly in use—and they even work in a school where there are more emotions than in a Hollywood series. I listen differently, I can hold tension within the team more steadily, and I no longer react immediately when things get difficult. It wasn’t always easy, but it was very real. I’ve become a bit calmer—not a Zen master, but definitely a version of myself that I like better.
